Our Machine Shop
In addition to our standard product lines, Conestoga USA operates an on-site machine shop equipped with CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. We apply the same precision craftsmanship to custom work that has characterized our products for over 60 years.
We use CAD and CAM software to develop efficient tool paths, keeping our pricing competitive and quality high. Whether you need a one-off prototype, a small production run, or repeat custom components, we're happy to discuss your requirements.

Precision turned components from bar stock. Threaded features, tapers, grooves, and complex profiles.

- Engineering drawings or most standard CAD files (DXF, DWG, SLDPRT, STEP, IGES, STL)
- Sketches with dimensions
- A sample part you'd like replicated or modified
- A description of your application and requirements
